Client Contact Info


Objective: Learn how to add phone numbers, email addresses, and physical addresses for a client.

Accessing Contact Info

To access the client’s contact information,navigate to the Client Screen. Click "Contact Info" on the side menu. This is where you will find the current phone numbers and email addresses, as well as a history of addresses for the client.

 

Adding/Editing Phone Numbers and Email Addresses

 

  1. Click the edit icon in the top right corner of the contact info card to open the edit view

  2. When the edit view opens, enter all available phone numbers and emails for the client. This includes Home Phone, Mobile Phone, Work Phone, Other Phone, Personal Email, and Work Email.

  3. When you have completed the form, click the checkmark icon in the toolbar to save the record. 

 

Adding a New Address

  1. Click the "Add New" button in the bottom right corner of the screen.   

  2. The date in the As Of field will default to today’s date automatically. If you wish to change the date, click the calendar icon and select the correct date. 

  3. Select the Address Type from the drop down menu.

  4. Enter the Address Line 1Address Line 2 (if applicable), City, State, and Zip Code in the corresponding fields.

  5. If you want to make any additional notes or comments, enter them in the Note field.

  6. If you are satisfied with your entry, click the checkmark icon in the toolbar to save the record. If you wish to close the edit view without saving, click the x in the toolbar to cancel your changes and return to the previous screen. 

Editing an Address

 

  1. Click the address record you would like to edit in the address list to open the detail view.

  2. Click the edit icon in the toolbar to open the edit view. 

  3. If you wish to change the date in the As Of field, click the calendar icon and select the correct date. 

  4. Select the Address Type from the drop down menu.

  5. Enter the Address Line 1Address Line 2 (if applicable), City, State, and Zip Code in the corresponding fields.

  6. If you want to make any additional notes or comments, enter them in the Note field.

  7. If you are satisfied with your changes, click the checkmark icon in the toolbar to save the record.  
    If you wish to close the edit view without saving, click the x in the toolbar to cancel your changes and return to the previous screen.
