Generating Reports


Objective: Learn how to generate client and case specific reports, as well as organizational reports.

 

Client and Case Specific Reports

Client and Case specific reports can be accessed from the client screen by clicking Reports on the side menu. 



Here, you'll find several report types to choose. These are grouped into two categories: Client Reports and Case Reports.

 

Client Reports

The Comprehensive Client, Log, Account, Activity, and Plan reports can be found here. Again, these reports only contain the information pertaining to the specified client.

 

  1. To generate one of these reports, simply click on the corresponding item on the menu. 

  2. A PDF of the report will open in your browser.

 

Case Reports

The Comprehensive Case Reports can be found here. There will be a report available for all of the client's active cases.

 

  1. To generate one of these reports, click on the report labeled with the specified Case ID on the menu. 

  2. A PDF of the report will open in your browser.

 

Site Reports

Site reports generate data collected from an organizational level.

 

  1. To access site reports, click the Apps icon in the top toolbar.    

     

  2. Select Reports from the menu.

     

  3. The Reports menu will appear.

     

  4. Click on the report you wish to generate.

  5. Follow the prompts for dates and other criteria for the report. You can enter dates by clicking the calendar icon and selecting the date from the calendar or typing it manually in this format: M/D/YYYY.

  6. Click Run Report.

  7. A PDF of the report will open in your browser.
