Objective: Learn how to update your name, email, or password in Probatum.

Updating Your Name

In the event that you need to change your name as it appears in Probatum, follow the steps below.

  1.  Click the blue User icon in the top toolbar.    

     

  2. Select "My Account."

  3. From the Account Administration menu, select "Change Name."

  4. Enter your First Name, Middle Name, and Last Name in the corresponding fields.

  5. Click the button labeled Change Name to save.



Updating Your Email Address

The email that you enter here will be used to log in to Probatum.

  1. Click the blue User icon in the top toolbar.    

     

  2. Select "My Account."

  3. From the Account Administration menu, select "Change Email Address."

  4. Enter your new email address.

  5. Click the button labeled Change Email to save.



Changing Your Password

  1. Click the blue User icon in the top toolbar.    

     

  2. Select "My Account."

  3. From the Account Administration menu, select "Change Password."

  4. Enter your current password.

  5. Enter your new password then retype the new password in the corresponding fields.

  6. Click the button labeled Change Password to save.
