Adding an Organization to Probatum


Objective: Learn how to add organizations to Probatum to serve as third-party service providers.

 

 

Adding Organizations can be performed by Administrator users only.

 

  1. Click the blue User icon in the top toolbar.   

     

  2. Select "My Account."

  3. From the Account Administration menu, select "Organization."

  4. Click the Add New button in the bottom right corner of the screen.    

  5. Enter the Organization Name, Phone, and Address in the corresponding fields.

  6. Add the Name and Email for the individual who is the Primary Point of Contact in the corresponding fields.

  7. If you wish to allow client sharing with this organization, check the box labeled "Sharing enabled."

  8. Click Save.
